How do I report an emergency using the app?
Tap the emergency button, choose the category that fits (plumbing, gas, drainage, etc.), describe what is happening, and attach a photo if you can. Hit send with your contact details and our team will be in touch within minutes.
How long until an engineer reaches me?
We target a 60-minute arrival window for emergencies anywhere in Doncaster. During particularly busy periods it may take a little longer, but we will keep you updated on the phone throughout.
What is included in the £60 callout fee?
It covers the engineer travelling to your property plus the first 30 minutes of assessment and diagnosis. If further work is needed, we will quote the full cost before doing anything else.
Can I browse the safety guides without booking anything?
Yes. Every safety guide in the app is free to access at any time, including offline. They walk you through common emergencies step by step so you can stay safe while waiting for an engineer.
Where do your engineers cover?
All of Doncaster plus the surrounding towns - Rotherham, Barnsley, and Sheffield. Our team is spread across the region so response times stay short wherever you are.
How do I cancel or move a booking?
Ring us on 07456 975436 as early as you can. There is no cancellation charge provided we have not already dispatched an engineer to you.
